Liked: Excellent and quiet location....everything is available within walking distance and the sea is an 8 minute walk
The best apartment I had on Gran Canaria
Liked: Extremely nice apartment. Very big, it has 3 bedrooms, kitchen with day room and nice bathroom. All very well equipped, with modern and nice things. Lots of kitchenware. Nicely decorated. I was in Christmas period, so even there were some nice Christmas lights and decorations. Easy to park my car directly in front of the door - this is very very good compared to flats in Las Palmas. Agaete is very nice place, from apartment very good view to high mountains - I think this is Tamadaba region. Puerto de Las Nieves is very close, you could even walk, but I was driving. It is even better as Puerto gets crowded on Sundays and Agaete is very calm and quiet. It was for sure the best apartment I ever had on Gran Canaria and I have tried quite a lot. Also the price was very competitive.
Disliked: Only thing I was missing was oven - there was just microwave. I don't do restaurants and in Spar, Hiperdino and Lidl there were so many nice dishes which I could bake, like pizzas etc and I couldn't. But the cooker is there. All depends on your preferences, if you use mainly restaurants you don't mind.
