Fabulous
A lovely stay with excellent staff, great breakfast
Liked: Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Constanza and Jesús were especially helpful, offering great recommendations and even checking the live weather forecast for us, which was particularly useful when planning hikes and outdoor routes. Just before our last day, my partner started feeling unwell, and Jesús kindly provided us with a thermometer and checked in on him the following day to see how he was feeling. I thought this was such a thoughtful personal touch. The fact that he remembered, despite looking after so many guests, really made us feel cared for and appreciated. Breakfast was also excellent, with a very complete buffet offering everything you could wish for, from hot and cold options to a great variety of choices. The hotel also organises themed days, with complimentary shows that guests can enjoy. The restaurant follows a similar concept, with themed food experiences that allow you to discover cuisines from all over the world, including local specialities. The hotel also offers car rental services if needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The combination of friendly, attentive staff, great food and the little personal touches made our stay truly special!
Disliked: The Wi-Fi connection in our room was not working properly during our stay. The hotel parking area is quite small, with only around 20 spaces, so it tends to fill up quickly. However, we were always able to find parking on a nearby street, so this wasn't a major issue for us.
