  Liked: The staff were kind, there was a variety of food, and we had a very good time

  Disliked: The soft drinks were a bit underwhelming. I was particularly disappointed that I couldn't have coffee after my meal.

  A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff that turned an incredibly stressful situation into a wonderful stay

  Liked: We booked this hotel completely last minute after our flight home was cancelled, and it turned such a stressful day into a lovely experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The lady who checked us in could see how exhausted we were after spending all day at the airport and couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. Our cleaner was also so lovely and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and, although it is rated three stars, we genuinely felt it deserved more. We actually preferred it to the hotel we had stayed in for the rest of our holiday! The huge natural seawater pool was amazing and everything was kept really clean and well maintained. Even after returning home, I have had to contact the hotel for information regarding our stay and they have continued to be incredibly attentive and helpful. The service has been exceptional.

  Disliked: Honestly, nothing. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
