Fabulous
Great hotel for a family
Liked: The rooms are well equipment is extremely large. Air con, fans and all utensils likely to require. Heated pool was great.
Disliked: The sunbed booking system was not good. The wait times in the pool bar were also very long. Sometimes we just walked away. The gym didn’t open until 9am so when you have a young family it’s then impossible to go!
Liked: Excellent reception. Very professional and still friendly and polite. They made us fell welcome😊
Another wonderful week at Santa Barbara
Liked: We have stayed here many times. The hotel / apartments are always clean & comfortable. Right next to the coastal footpath & easy walking distance to the restaurants in San Blas, and Los Abrigos. The staff are always friendly & helpful.
Liked: Very welcome staff, hotel has perfect and quiet location, just what we needed for our 3 night short holiday. We had villa for a family of 4. Rooms were big. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and we had no issues. Kitchen had everything we needed. Next to the hotel is nice restaurants and our favourite was Queen Mary, food is fresh and tasty with a good menu and tasty cocktails. Few minute walk to the swimming place in the ocean. Water was very warm in October. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Reception staff good and evening bar good.
Disliked: Snack bar beside pool staff non chalant and having lots of conversations with each other while leaving people standing there 20 mins with no que until one develops
A very relaxed solo trip
Liked: Friendly staff, always someone around to help. The pool was great, I was able to have a proper swim in the morning. Location was great, quiet, by the harbour and only 20mins on bus to Cristianos.
