Exceptional
Liked: Great quiet location, clean and had everything we needed
Disliked: The check-in arrangements were a little confusing - slightly clearer instruction was needed to locate the exact apartment

Disliked: Problem with water heater leaking. No hot water for 3 out of 4 days. No water at all for 2 days
Great place for a couple
Liked: Very secure and safe and clean with all amenities that you'll need. Location is perfect so close to the beach and in the centre of town with bars and restaurants Bed very comfy and with AC
Disliked: Check in as had to collect keys from a different location and had our cases to carry through town to get keys

Liked: The situation was excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and many bars and restaurants.
Nice apartment, good value for money
Liked: It's in a great location, very close to the beach with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bed is very comfy and the shower is also great. The pictures don't lie, reality matches them. The little terrace is a great place to have breakfast at!
My rating is an anomaly I hope
Liked: It feels difficult giving it a 7 when all otherctaings are higher but let me explain Apartment is clean, well kitted out, comfy bed and air con in bedroom. Balcony is lovely in the evening I arrived just before the power cut and any issues associated with this are not the fault of the owner.
Disliked: Owner Communication was extremely poor. Repeated messages went unanswered (early messages the owner replied to. I thought it maybe the power cut but my wife sent the owner a message from the UK and there was no reply You can hear all the noise from the neighbours as the walls are very thin. Not the owners fault but not good if you are a light sleeper. No room number on keys - the keys say building 3, it is building 2, the room is 25, there is no room number on the key. The taxi driver who dropped me off at 2am couldn't figure it out even though he was fluent spanish. There was a room 7D on the 2nd floor but the 7 was actually planta 7 (floor 7). But still no room number. No information was given on what to do with keys when I left but you need a key to get out of front door - I had to go downstairs, wedge the door open, get the lift back upstairs, get my bag, leave keys in flat and go down again. I hope my review is the only bad one as people need an income from renting out properties but this was very poor from my pointvof view
