Exceptional
Large comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood
Liked: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, but we did upgrade to have the terrace as seen in the photos. Be aware there are different apartment options and make sure you are booking the option you want. Once we upgraded to the larger 1 bed apartment we were very happy. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the fridge was full size, there were ample kitchen supplies, kettle, induction hob coffee maker, microwave, large smart telly, great hot shower, washing machine with washing powder, Aircon though we didn't use it. We loved the outdoor terrace with table and chairs, plus indoor table with bar stools. Location was convenient for exploring between Malaga and Nerja with a hire car. The neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. Perfect for our 5 night stay.
Disliked: A few extra supplies like shower products and some cleaning supplies for a longer stay would have been appreciated, but nonetheless we had a fantastic stay, would recommend and stay again..
Liked: The apartment is relatively new and has new appliances including a big fridge. The apartment is well equipped for home cooking except there is no oven.
Disliked: The apartment was dirty on arrival I had to sweep and mop the floor myself. The apartment is right next door to a building site and they are working from 8am in the morning and even on Saturdays making the apartment very uncomfortable. The apartment suffered from very bad smells including the smells of the bathrooms of other apartments, the host eventually solved the problem after 10 days of my stay. The apartment is located on top of a hill about 4km from Torre Del Mar so you really need a car to get around. Although the unit has 8 different short stay accommodations there is no acoustic noise protection so you can hear all the neighbours. The sheets had stains and the towels were very low quality. The furniture was shabby with peeling paint. Not a lot of room to dry clothes, the laundry rack was too big to fit on the very small balcony.
Disliked: The washing machine didn’t spin to dry clothes

Disliked: The walls are thin! The construction has clearly cut corners and sounds such as voice outside, an inside door whined when opening next door; flushing and taps and draining sinks all sound as if inside our flat. Wierd but since not constant we could live with it.
Modern, quiet, relaxing
Liked: The property met my expectations — it was new, clean, and well-equipped. Located on the edge of a small village, which I saw as an advantage, there was no problem with parking the car. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to all our requests. I can recommend this place to anyone who truly wants to relax away from the noisy crowds of tourists.
