Very good
Liked: Friendly people.
Disliked: The internet didn't work (in our room), and while an attempt was made to fix it, this wasn't successful. Additionally, the TV remote was probably past it. An attempt was made to fix that too, but the technician could not make it work effectively. Full marks for responding and courtesy. But 'no results' was disappointing and less than we expected. We were able to use the Wifi in reception, but it wasn't practical to set up our workstation there.
Liked: Literally "in the heart of" Torre del Mar - few minutes walk to the beach and the same to the town centre. Large balcony (although not very private as the neighbours across the street are just few metres away:))
Disliked: The check-in process is a bit "back to the 90-ies" with hand-filled paper form, where you have to write down your credit card number (and in the end the staff could not read my horrible writing and just entered the number themselves in the online system). The kitchen is well equipped but some basic stuff, like paper kitchen towels and salt, could have been provided in my view:)
