  Good room and hotel but dubious installation of fire safety

  Liked: Large room. Good fridge and kettle. Central location near beach. Clean. Comfortable bed.

  Disliked: There was a green fire exit light on constantly in the room all night. On my first night, the light turned white and lit up the whole room at 2:30 in the morning for 5 minutes before going back to green. Obviously disturbing the rest of the night's sleep. When asked I was told it was a power cut that had caused it. I can understand that fire exits need constant illumination, and that it's sensible for its come on as a proper light in the event of a fire. But this should not be inside a room
