  Good location and helpful staff, but maintenance issues and no windows were disappointing

  Liked: Pros: • Very good location. • The accommodation management team was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Whenever any issues arose, they addressed them promptly and provided excellent support, which we greatly appreciated.

  Disliked: Cons: • There were someone else's hairs in the shower. • The shower fixture that held the shower head was broken. • The shower head was old, and the water pressure was weak. • The towel hook had come loose and fallen off the wall, leaving our towels on the floor. • There was noise from the upstairs neighbours in the mornings. • The kitchen sink drained very slowly, and water remained in the sink for a long time. • The kitchenware was quite old and worn. • There were no windows, which made the accommodation feel rather depressing.

  Liked: Clean, calm, enough space, good communication, well prepared

  Disliked: The shower has only a small rim, so water flows out of the shower into the bathroom.

  Great experience!

  Liked: We spent 7 days here and had a great experience. The location is perfect. It’s very easy to get anywhere in the city, as the metro, tram, and bus stops are just a couple of minutes away. (the neighbors were lovely as well:) )

  Disliked: I honestly can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. I was very satisfied and would definitely choose this apartment again.

  Basically ok, could be improved by a little friendly service

  Liked: Good location, quiet, clean

  Disliked: The kitchen equipment is a bit old and basic, burnt frying pan, old and worn coffee pot. The room and especially the bathroom is cold in winter (there is a heater in the main room). This is a simple Air bnb-style let, there is no service of any kind, no one to meet you or ask if all is ok, only a reminder to empty the bins and wash the dishes or they will send you a bill for cleaning
