Guest reviews
Good
Liked: The owner is fast response The location is easy to reach, close to the metro station The environment is quite, clean and comfortable The receptionist is kind The room is big for a family
Disliked: No receptionist after 8 p.m, but that's fine because the owner is fast response when we called him to request to get into the room after that time
Liked: Flexible check in
Disliked: No soundproofing
We love the place
Liked: Very quiet. Really clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful local people in the local cafe etc All very good. We will be happy to visit again.
Disliked: No plug for the sink
A peaceful and comfortable place with plenty of privacy, friendly staff and great jacuzzi facilities
Liked: It was very quiet, peaceful and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the privacy, as there was no constant supervision. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi facilities and found it very convenient to have a microwave and everything needed to heat up our own food. There is also a barbecue area, although we did not have the chance to use it. The staff were friendly, and the accommodation has good transport connections to Valencia by metro and bus.
Disliked: When the jacuzzi jets were turned on, there was an unpleasant stagnant smell. There was also a noticeable smell of dampness in the room, probably because of the jacuzzi, and we saw some ants. However, these issues did not spoil our overall experience.
Too expensive for what you get
Liked: It was convenient for us to stay there because it was very close to where we had our meetings.
Disliked: It was not clean. One of the AC units was not working properly. The ladies that were cleaning were really nice, but after they went in to clean up, we realized that the only thing they’ve done it was to change the towels and the bedding. They have not vacuumed or swept the floor or clean anything other than changing towels.
Would not recommend for solo female travellers
