  Absolutely Gem!

  Liked: Jose - exceptional host! Very polite, respectful and kind Jose apartment is in first floor of tradional fish house in old town vilajoyosa! Very authentic, surrounded by Local families! We loved the exceptional location! Jose apartment is very comfortable and clean and give you the chance to experience the local way of life! The location is amazing- literally 1 minutes walk to the beach and beautiful boulevard full of lovely restaurants, café s and bars 🍸 😋 Definitely Warmly recommend booking this place! Thank you Jose! We will be back!

  most certainly a charming place. An original Spanish playa, touristic of course but still no feeling of mass tourism. Re

  Disliked: no air condition, only one fan, a bit difficult in the mid of a hot summer. stairs steep, so avoid too big luggage.

  Disliked: strong smell from drainage, temp cleared when waters flushed by toilet / shower. need to replenish / update some of the kitchen utensils, also would remove some/all old books & magazines, just would benefit from a general update / refresh
