  Clean, modern apartments near Villajoyosa

Liked: The apartments are located in a modern building with private parking and a secure, gated area. There's a convenient lift that goes directly from the parking level. The rooms are clean, bright, and cosy. All appliances - including the dishwasher, washing machine, and oven - are new and of good quality. The beds are very comfortable. The centralised air-conditioning system works excellently, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable. It’s just a 10–12 minute drive to Villajoyosa beach, which is our favourite spot, and only 7–8 minutes to the Carrefour in Finestrat.

Disliked: Nothing really critical considering the value for money. Points for improvement: The bedsheets in one of the bedrooms were a bit small 😊 Only one set of keys was provided. Just a note: As of August/September 2025, there is ongoing construction approximately 100–150 metres from the building, so some noise from around 7 AM can be expected. This was clearly mentioned by the host in the property description, so we were prepared 😊

  Very good

Disliked: Not easy to find key and apartment. No double key. No book in the apartment for arrival (bin, swimming pool rules) WiFi code!!!
