  A warm Villajoyosa stay

  Liked: The property is in an amazing location, such a beautiful view and the interior was stunning. Such a wonderful property, great size and amenities were a lovely touch.

  Beatifully refurbished apartment in the old town

  Liked: The apartment is in a charming old building in the most attractive part of town and has been tastefully refurbished. Furnishings are elegant, practical and comfortable (excellent bed / mattress). Storage is limited but adequate for two people - it would, however, be useful to have a shelf in the bathroom. Facilities are excellent - washing machine, dishwasher, heater (it was chilly our first two nights), as well as a few useful supplies such as water, coffee, tea, snacks. Communication with Kiki was clear and detailed. Two of the town's best restaurants (in our view) are within 100 metres or so, and the beach and promenade are around 4 minutes' walk. All in all, an excellent rental property which we are very happy to recommend. Thank you, Kiki.

  Disliked: No bathroom shelf, but this was a minor issue.

  Apartment right in the heart of Villajoyosa

  Liked: Everything Clean/ location/washing machine Close to beach and shops We loved staying there Good communication

  Disliked: Nothing Just keep in mind free parking is about 5-10 mins away. Absolutely worth it for the location of the apartment.

  Liked: Proximity to beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, train etc was excellent. Apartment was well equipped with all that you could possibly need to cook, or clean, a washing machine too. Balcony doors back and front. Living room overlooked the cobbled alley of the beautiful colourfully painted houses and the other side looked out to ravine with river running through it and you could see the sea, ahead. The bed was really comfortable a great mattress. We enjoyed our stay very much and this area has lots to offer.

  Disliked: Although everything was as pictured it did look a bit tired in places. There was dust along some edges and the tile grout had become dirty and gone discoloured, particularly in the shower room. Although the flight of stairs was pictured, around the corner were two further flights which were much smaller but very steep. My partner and I are in our 60s and did struggle to get our suitcase...upstairs. I feel this should have been shown in the photos, too.

  Great value!

  Liked: Even though the building is old, the apartment is very modern and cozy, it has everything needed to have a nice stay. The location is also real good, within walking distance (like 5 minutes or so). We travel with a toddler so having a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher is great. Air conditioner also works like a charm

  Disliked: The balcony. Is not that I didn't like it, but since we traveled with a toddler you needed to be extra aware of the balcony. But it is really cool to have a cup of coffee in the morning there
