Exceptional
Fabulous location, quiet, and clean
Liked: An utterly lovely 2 bed apartment which is light and airy and about 20 footsteps from the beach! We parked just up the road, very close by. The beach is lovely - great for sea swimming and then a super quick walk back for a shower to warm up (we stayed in Dec). It’s really near the harbour (3 min walk) which is where the sun rises. The apartment is in such a great location. It’s comfortable and clean and had a great kitchen, big fridge, comfortable sofa and table for 4 people. The host was super helpful and lovely. Would recommend!

The perfect Christmas retreat on the beach - Xmas lunch outside in the sun!
Liked: This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, finished to a very high standard and immaculately clean. Great location at the quieter end of the sea front with a fab view from the lounge. There was a lovely welcome hamper and as we were staying for Christmas a lot of trouble had been gone to to make the place feel Christmassy for us. Juan couldn’t have been more helpful both for check in but also to my question about not having a bread knife - where he promptly arranged for one to be delivered along with a loaf of bread!! Thankyou Juan!
Disliked: It’s a very small thing but the bathroom door handle was noisy so as two friends when one of us went to the loo at night it woke the other up. It made us laugh tho and I text him when I left so I bet he’s oiled it already!

Liked: The apartment was extremely comfortable & Juan goes that extra mile to ensure his guests feel special; the chilled rose Cava & snacks on arrival was a lovely welcome after travelling from Alicante by Tram. The apartment was spotless & is well designed with comfortable furniture throughout. Fittings & fixtures are of a high quality in the bathroom & kitchen, and they were both stocked with useful day to day products. The living room sofa is large and very comfortable. The lighting throughout the apartment is excellent. The apartment is in a really lovely location & the views of the beach are gorgeous - we made use of the table & chairs each day on the outdoor courtyard / terrace. We were grateful for Juan’s guidance - whenever we reached out to him with any questions he responded quickly & was at all times professional & pleasant and full of useful knowledge. All in all we had a fabulous 3 day stay in this stunning apartment in the beautiful area of Villajoyosa.
Disliked: We didn’t like having to leave!
