  Liked: The place is really close to the beach, in fact 2 minutes on foot. The cove is a nice one hidden by some cliffs. There are tennis courts that you can use free of charge. There is a nice swimming pool, too. The apartment is well equipped with all the things you need. Beautiful view from the balcony.

  Disliked: There were construction works going on during daytime. However, if you are out all day, it does not bother you.

  Terrible hosts

  Liked: Nice location next to the beach. Tennis court is a great add-on and pool area is pretty nice

  Disliked: Communication with the host was terrible. It took us ages to find the entrance and the team left us on hold for 20min before explaining. When we finally found it, they didn’t include the right keys for the main door in the lock box and we had to wait two hours for a proper response. A neighbour helped us but they were not flexible at all in resolving problems. A few other things came up and they were never addressed. Only one key with all the necessary keys to the pool etc too so you’re always dependent on everyone going together everywhere. Apartment was nice but pretty small and somewhat expensive for what it offers. Has main essentials but lacks the things like towels, washing up dish etc which could be easily provided.

  Beautiful place, mediocre apartment, awful renting company

  Liked: Location was great, beautiful place. Access to very nice outside pool, beach, beach bar close by. Free parking.

  Disliked: There was noise due to construction in bunch of apartments and outside, this was not called out before booking. There was a broken outside table on the balcony. Renting company didn't care about you, they basically said to talk to booking.com about sorting stuff out - which obviously they know nothing will be done. They did not fix or replace the table, they didn't want to talk at all about moving us anywhere else or full refund cancellation. Instructions to get the keys and how to get to the apartment were not clear either but we managed somehow. If you like to be taken care of in case of issues with your renting, don't stay here.

  Liked: The location is absolutely beautiful. We hired a car and it was very easy to travel around. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you need. Loved the shower. The view from the balcony is something else.

  Disliked: We found the bed uncomfortable and the pillows very hard. I think it's important to feel comfortable on holiday and I did not have a decent sleep once. There is a sewage smell in the bathroom that comes and goes. I would also add how confusing the arrival instructions are and had to ask someone to help us. we drove round for a good 30 mins In the dark.

  Clean comfortable well equipped great sea view

  Liked: View from balcony, good use of space in the property clean and refreshing. Paradis tram station 20 min walk for visiting benidorm or alicante. Secure parking with gate fob.

The pool is normally open all year, but it may sometimes be closed for maintenance during the winter for a month. Ask at the agency if it is something essential in the winter.
