Liked: Great, clean apartman with rooftop terrace, amazing view.

Disliked: The local neighbours just below the terrace, they were basically living on the Street and were very noisy each night. I think the owner should just discuss this with them as this is very annoying even with closed windows.

Liked: Apartment was perfect for our stay, everything you would need. Great value. Spotless. Host answered any questions we had quickly. Location was great. 2 minute walk to beach. Villajoisa is a beautiful town.

Disliked: It seemed to be a gathering place for locals at night. They were very loud, threw their rubbish everywhere. In fairness the host can't be blamed for that. For that reason we wouldn't return to the apartment which is a pity.

  Excellent stay, excellent location

Liked: We stayed in apartment 4, which had a lovely terrace overlooking Villajoyosa and the sea. Although small, it was stylish and had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived by train from Javea/Gata and it's only a short walk from the Villajoyosa train stop. The renovation of the whole building is very good and it is right in the heart of the old town and minutes away from the beach and promenade. Would recommend and would love to return.

Disliked: Only a minor 'niggle' but storage space for clothes and cases limited.
