Exceptional
Stunning Apartment!!
Liked: Absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Lovely pool and facilities such as tennis courts, play ground area for kids and a short walk to the beach. There is a small restaurant/bar down by the beach which was OK but we didn't use this much as preferred the lovely beach front in Villajoyosa which had many options. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and served all purposes extremely well. The kitchen appliances and utensils supplied were perfect and abundant. Towels, soaps and toilet rolls supplied which is sometimes not included from previous experiences elsewhere. Tennis racquets and other games/toys for adults and kids provided an added bonus. The location just out of the Main town Villajoyosa is idealic, especially for the setting. Trains/ buses a stone throw away if no rental car as slightly longer walk to Villajoyosa but definitely reachable by foot if you don't have young children.
Disliked: We have no complaints but would like to suggest possibly adding a booklet for tourist attractions/restaurants in the area and information on the trains and buses to the main towns.
Superb
Liked: The view and the host
Disliked: Nothing
Just what we needed in the depth of winter - sunshine, sea and beautiful views
Liked: The views were outstanding. The property was well furnished and maintained with everything needed in the kitchen cupboards. It was warm and the jacuzzi bath was a bonus. There is a lovely pool and tennis courts.
Disliked: It was quite isolated so you would need a car. Luckily we had friends who collected us. In the summer there are various pop up restaurants on the beach and also a luxury hotel very close by. There was nowhere to eat or shop within walking distance however we did see a bus that stopped on the complex.
Very good
Liked: The view, cleanliness, and the excellent service of the host. All the extra's, great tv, good wifi speed (300/250) comes with everything you need to start coocking etc.
Disliked: -Hard uncomfortable couch -The bed didnt had a duvet, only a duvet cover.
Amazing
Liked: Incredibly clean, modern and very well equipped. The views are just amazing!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
Not what I had expected
Liked: Nice clean aparentment
Disliked: Pool not in use, took time to money back as had to move given not able to use pool, very quiet location not near any restaurants or shops, you will need to ensure you hire a car to stay here
