  Brilliant we loved it thank you!

  Liked: We loved the property it was in a fabulous location. The team on the front desk were so helpful. Thank you David and Jose for welcoming us. The property and all communal areas were spotlessly clean. Loved the design. Everything was like new in the apartment. It was secure. The view from the rooftop pool was great 😀 Lovely walk along the promenade path to the beach and town. Could walk an alternative route if you preferred through the Old Town. Sunset beach bar nearby! Close to restaurants and bars.

  Disliked: Nothing at all. Perhaps they could add a full length mirror to the apartment The only mirror was in the bathroom.

  A huge success and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly, homely, super clean. Easy walk to beach

  Liked: The accommodation is modern, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. For us the location was great, just on the edge of the old town and beach front restaurants but just a 10 minutes walk away along the promenade. A good balance between Spanish residential and busier tourist centre. Good beach and beautiful coastline. Easy access 10 minutes walk from Villajoyosa Tram stop.

  Disliked: We had difficulty checking in online, found it very confusing. Didn’t know if payment had been received and were concerned our reservation would be cancelled. Because we couldn’t check in online we didn’t know if we’d be able to access property. Thankfully someone was at reception when we arrived and they were super helpful and all was good.

  Wonderful and fully accessible

  Liked: Spotlessly clean, well appointed and genuinely fully accessible. Travelled with a wheelchair user who booked the fully accessible ground floor room but all the rooms we saw looked more than suitable. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Would thorough recommend

  Disliked: It would be helpful to have more electrical outlets in the kitchen area, as it is currently not possible to use the toaster and electric kettle at the same time. It would also be appreciated if guests could be informed in advance about any nearby construction work and loud noise in the mornings. Perhaps this could also be taken into consideration when calculating the price.

The breakfast is available at Blue Line Aparthotel. Buffet breakfast (15€ x PAX). Opening hours from 09:00 to 11:30 from Monday to Sunday.

Cleaning: The rate includes the cleaning fee of the flat for every 3 days. You may hire daily cleaning by contacting us.

When booking more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply.

For bookings of 10 nights or more, 30% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the reservation will be paid on arrival at Niu Line.
