Great base for few days exploring Villajoyosa and surrounding area

Liked: Location, in the heart of the old town easy access to restaurants and bars. Tram station an easy 10 minute walk away. 5 minutes into town or promenade Fully equipped quirky self catering accomodation, spotlessly clean. All measure been taking to reduce moisture with dehumidifiers in every room.

Disliked: You have to appreciate its a very old building as mentioned by others there is a problem with damp but measures are in place to minimise this.

Great place in old town of La Vila Joiosa

Liked: Great location, close to the beach, tram, stores and other nice places. Clean and comfortable beds. Good kitchen with everything we needed.

Disliked: Somewhat loud neighbors. I think they did a renovation of their apartment.

Disliked: Location was fantastic. Right in the beautiful streets of the colourful houses but also close to the sea front.
