We do not regret staying at the accommodation. We had a good time in Interlaken and the Alps in general
Liked: We do not regret staying at the accommodation. We had a good time in Interlaken and the Alps in general. Pros: Convenient location for exploring the area, with a supermarket right in front and a bus stop. Good communication. Flexibility with dates. Everything provided in the apartment worked well.
Disliked: Cons: The kitchen had very few utensils: barely one frying pan and two pots (only one with a lid), and no storage containers for the fridge. Only two winter blankets that were very small for an adult, considering the local temperature at this time of year, and no clear heating controls. Despite a previous guest already commenting on this, they are still putting dishwashing soap in the bathroom for personal use (we noticed because of the smell). There were no other toiletries as advertised in the listing. Very late check-in time with high hourly rates for an early check-in (40 CHF per hour). A washing machine was listed, but there wasn't one.

I would not recommend this apartment
Disliked: I would not recommend this apartment. Considering the already very high price for Switzerland, I was surprised by many extra fees: there is a charge to use the washing machine, and every single hour for early check‑in or late check‑out also costs extra. I am not sure if this is common elsewhere in Switzerland, but it felt excessive. The apartment is on the ground floor. Whenever we opened the window, bugs would come inside. It is also around a 20‑minute walk from Interlaken West Station, which was further than we expected. Overall, our stay was disappointing for the price we paid.

Liked: Amazing property!!! My best stay until now! Wonderful house! Best for groups of 6-8 people. The location is superb, bus stop is just outside the stay, LiDL just opposite the road. The view from the balcony is stunning!!!! One can enjoy a nice evening on the balcony. Stayed there for three days, but still felt less. The host was nice, left us little Swiss chocolates! Inspite of the property being so huge, it was kept very clean!
