Exceptional

Liked: This place was clean and modern. Short walk to train station and to town. We walked to town everyday. Close to COOP Aand MIGROS. Parking was convenient underground. Easy access to lifts. Easy check in process. Key collection was just on ground level of the apartment. Nice view from apartment. We accidentally forgot to return the room keys and this was sorted very quickly with them.
Disliked: We stayed for 8 nights but were only given 2 laundry pods for washing. When asked for a couple more, was advised these can be purchased from the convenient stores (obviously) or 1 ch each at their office. We didn't want to buy a whole heap of pods to bring back and add to our luggage weight. Considering how much we paid for the rooms, this was disappointing. A little goes a long way. This was the only down side.
We had a very comfortable stay there and would recommend it to friends
Liked: It was a n easy 10 minute walk to the West train station. Close to restaurants, grocery store and retail stores. The unit was spacious, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped for longer stays. Furniture was very nice and beds comfortable.

Disliked: Only 2 fans, no fan in the living area. Also though coffee machine and kettle were there no pods or tea bags were provided
A great place that made our trip even better
Liked: The overall process of collecting the keys and getting in was quick and easy. The apartment was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. It had an excellent view all around and was well equipped. Bathrooms were practical and super clean. Hosts were also helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back and recommend!
Disliked: The wifi reception was weak, sometimes even in main house areas. Also, the TV glitched and picture got distorted after about an hour's use.
Beautiful apartment in beautiful Interlaken
Liked: Exceptionally clean, modern, very large apartment, equipped with everything one might need. Underground garage was super convenient, the building common areas were spotless. We loved everything about this apartment and would highly recommend it.
