An excellent location and place to stay in Interlaken
Liked: Location and over all good and modern / good condition of the apartment, close to grocery store, Interlaken Ost station and restaurants.
Disliked: Following things can be improved AC in one of the room was not doing full cooling There were some bugs on bed in same room. Holding guests responsible for cleaning all dishes, throwing all trash defies full service experience (cleaning service should cover it for hassle free experience)

Liked: The proximity to the train station was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The apartment was modern and well thought out. The room shades provide almost black out conditions for the rooms for sleeping. Also, check in was really great, having a tour of the apartment and explanation of how things work was really helpful.
Disliked: The kitchen wasn’t stocked with anything for consumption, no salt or pepper, no coffee pods or tea bags, or sugar for the provided machines, no foil to cover a dish. Providing a few kitchen amenities would go along way to making guest feel welcome.
