  I would love to stay at Tony apartment again

  Liked: Tony was great and very helpful, the location is great.

  Disliked: Apartment is on 4th floor. there’s no laundry in the building, even though the listing mentions it.

  Liked: Great location, central. Size of the apartment was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking spot was amazing. Host allowed us to park free for the next day too after the check out.

  Expensive and full of roaches

  Liked: Location was great, we had help carrying the lugagge up in the stairs and the parking spot included is convenient.

  Disliked: The apartment was infested with cockroaches. When we arrived all seemed fine during the day, we left our lugagge and left to check the city. When we came back at night (the hour they appear) there were many of them walking around the apartment. Even inside the drawers and the fridge. When we contacted the host, he apologized for the situation but did not offer any support in relocating us. We had to sleep that night in the apartment since we could not find any other accomodations available (the city was pretty crowded). We were supposed to stay there for 2 nights, we slept the first night against our will since we could not find alternatives and the next day we found a hotel and left immediatly. Initially the host wanted to offer a free cancellation for the second night only, but we did not find fair to have paid more 578 euros for a night in an apartment full of roaches, so after some back and forth he gave us a full refund.

  Liked: The location is great. Very accessible to the train and bus. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable.

  Disliked: 1.There are few roaches in the apartment. It's not quite an infestation where they are everywhere. But you will see them. I have informed the apartment management and they say they will get pest control out. 2. It was hot when we visited Interlaken. The apartment had one pedestal fan, and a couple of smaller less powerful fans. Because there are very few power outlets, there are only few locations to plug in the pedestal fan so everyone was comfortable. The fan itself was broken and could only blow air in a down angle. Apartment management has been informed.

  Liked: We liked the location close to stores and restaurants and the West train station. The TV wasn’t working at first and the owner came right away and changed it out.

  Disliked: There were bugs throughout the apartment. I reported it to the host and he came out. I don’t know what was done but they were still around.
