Fabulous
Beautiful Interlaken capped with a most memorable stay in Zentrum Artos Interlaken!!!
Liked: I love the hotel and room. it has a big balcony offering a view of the village behind with a small church and mountains beyond. It also comes with a good breakfast buffet, which I didn't expect.
Disliked: I was perfectly happy with the experience.
Liked: The location, cleanliness and facilities
Disliked: The bed and the pillows were not comfortable
Good facilities but poor costumer service
Liked: Very nice facility with excellent gym, spa and common areas to read and relax.
Disliked: Fairly far from the center of town—walkable (15 minutes), but not convenient if you have luggage. Poor costumer service (see below). I mailed a package home, which was returned to the hotel a couple of days later, after I had already left. While this was not the hotel’s fault, the staff refused to help me mail it back, even though I offered to cover all the costs. This required me to come back from Lucerne and waste the better part of a vacation day. While the staff was friendly, this unfortunately left me with a poor impression of their willingness to provide customers with exceptional customer service.

Disliked: Washrooms facilities were not up to the standard
Memorable stay at Hotel Artos Interlaken!
Liked: The location (short walk to Interlaken Ost, shops, accessible by bus, etc), good breakfast, 24-hr complimentary tea/coffee in two common areas, spacious room, very comfy and warm blanket, a safe in the room and cheery staff.
Disliked: Unaware that guests can request for complimentary small bottles of hair shampoo n conditioner, and body lotion. Happened to see the display cabinet indicating the above only on my last night of stay. Would have been a nice gesture if the complimentary toiletries were placed in the room, or the reception staff inform guests about it when they check in. No airconditioning to circulate air in the room or cool room. Insects did enter room sometimes when we opened the balcony door slightly to air the room.
Liked: The hotel is complete in terms of facilities with a binus if very helpful staffs. You can basically borrow whatever you will need from them. The location is a big pros since it is right in front of a bus stop and just 5 mins away from main train station.
