Exceptional
loved staying here, would come back anytime we are in Interlaken
Liked: the Hotel is extremely well located - only 1 block from Interlaken West train station --> very easy walk there It is located on a main street with lots of shops/restaurants/cafes The rooms are very modern, compact, very clean, beautiful bathroom with extremely good water pressure! The hotel is an extremely comfortable, well-appointed and well-located. Very friendly staff and we appreciated the very good free coffee machine in the lobby Breakfast was hearty and open for plenty of time even for late breakfast eaters We highly recommend the hotel for visitors to Interlaken and would happily return should our travels bring us back to Interlaken!
Disliked: Nothing, it was all good
Pleasant. Convenience
Liked: Location- very central. Close to everything. Shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. Clean-rooms gets cleaned everyday, and towels gets replaced everyday too. Staff are nice and helpful. Parking is 10 swiss francs per day.
Disliked: None
Liked: Location 10/10 Cleanness 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 for the category
Disliked: Nothing negative
Liked: Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Disliked: It's just very warm or hot so we have to open the windows. The AC was not working. Warm air was coming out rather than cool air. We wanted the AC on because it got stuffy in the room Other than that everything was good.
Liked: Location for commute was excellent but no good view from hotel room. Location in terms scenic view was not so good.
Disliked: Price is too high
Liked: Convenient location just opposite Interlaken West station. There were also 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Lovely balcony view and pleasant staff as well
Disliked: A little on the pricier side but I guess that’s expected of Swiss Hotels especially in Interlaken
