Very good
Liked: Is a really cute chalet
Liked: Area to gather with friends after coming in for the night.
Disliked: No refrigerator in room.
Got charge for full person and not upgrade my room
Liked: Room was at good location not far from station.
Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel with my family. I accidentally booked the wrong room type and requested a room with two beds upon arrival. The hotel staff informed me that the required room was unavailable on the first day but said they could upgrade us the following day and asked me to contact Booking.com. I emailed Booking.com but received no response. As a result, my family and I had to stay in the same small, uncomfortable room for all three nights, sleeping on the floor. To make matters worse, the hotel charged me extra at checkout, even though we never received the comfortable accommodation we needed. I do not understand why the hotel was willing to charge extra but could not provide a suitable room when they knew about our situation. The overall experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, especially when travelling with family. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their customer service and how they handle such situations.
Great room, great location, great staff
Liked: The location of the hotel was wonderful. It was an easy walk into town to get everywhere. It was in a quiet part so it was quite relaxing. Views were spectacular. Overall quaint and charming. Staff was wonderful.
Disliked: There isnt much negative that can be said about this place.
Overall good experience
Liked: I hope some renovation in the main hotel rooms can be done and lift should be upgraded until third floor since its difficult to carry luggage bags
Disliked: Appreciate if the none pork items can be in a separate food tray with independent serving spoon or tongs
