Fabulous
Liked: location and staff were excellent. The room was comfy enough.
Disliked: Had some cleanliness concerns. Shower curtain was a nightmare.
Liked: Overall, everything was great, close to the station, clean rooms, great breakfast. As a solo traveler, the room was great value for money. I booked the non-refundable and did not regret.
Disliked: NA
Charming hotel close to everything needed with good access to Swiss Alp villages
Liked: Charming building Rooms are warm and comfortable Super comfortable bed Tea and coffee making facilities in room Breakfast included a good variety Good WiFi Safe and quiet neighbourhood Responsive and helpful reception host Only 5min walk from train station, shops and restaurants Only 5min from Interlaken by train and easy access to Swiss Alp villages
Disliked: Small bathroom with no fan which means condensation stays in the room and therefore no ventilation No fridge in room Pillows are way too soft and have no shape to them, making it hard to sleep well Breakfast options should be varied every 2 days e.g not just offering croissants every day, but other pastries
Liked: Near the train station and staff are lovely
Disliked: None
Disliked: We booked a 20-square-meter room through the website. The room we actually received was very different from the one shown on the website. It was much smaller, had a lower ceiling, and felt cramped and uncomfortable. The bed was excessively soft and sagging, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
