Fabulous
Liked: The location is okay the rooms are clean.
Disliked: There’s a kitchen smell in the corridors even if you’re in the floor. The rooms are a bit small compared to other options in the area. Also after a certain time of the night there is no room service for drinks for example. We weren’t able to buy a bottle of water with room service at 11 pm.
Liked: Breakfast was good! Lots of options in a buffet style.
Liked: Location is good just few minutes walk from Interlaken OST station.
Disliked: They joined twin beds instead of having a double bed

Liked: We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. A great experience overall—we would happily stay again!
Disliked: The only inconvenience was that our room had an accessible bathroom with no physical partition around the shower, so water spread across the bathroom floor when showering.
Liked: Location was amazing.. clean place.. breakfast fine.. staff at the reception were amazing! Terrace is very beautiful
Disliked: Only thing,,smoking is not allowed on terrace.. we knew that it was not allowed but we thought the terrace would be fine..

Renovation Information (2026) Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026.
The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026.
The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.
From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in.
The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.
