Liked: Cleanliness, staff

Disliked: Nothing
I had a fantastic experience. The beautiful room, lovely mountain views, central location, and warm hospitality
Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Interlaken. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the mountainside that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main train station, restaurants, and shops. Everything is within easy reach, which makes getting around very easy. Another great advantage is the free parking available behind the hotel. However, spaces are limited and work on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you’re travelling by car. What really made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality. The reception service was excellent, and the hotel owners were genuinely welcoming and friendly, making every guest feel at home.
Disliked: The only thing I missed was having a kettle or coffee-making facilities in the room, which would have made the stay even better.
Im happy abd excelent
Liked: Near station and clean
Disliked: Nothing
Disliked: Requested for a "NO ATTIC ROOM". Ended up with one attic room for the group.
