Lovely hotel, great location, great staff and good food
Liked: The location was good, just outside interlaken with a free bus service into the town. Parking onsite and restaurant. Room size was good. Nice coffee machine and chocolates provided were a nice touch. Staff were excellent and very friendly couldnt fault them.
Disliked: Pillows are never good in the EU, sorry but they arent, bathroom was on the small side and towels were unusual, what we would call a T towel material here in the UK. We did get an offer of 10chf if we reused our towels and not have clean every day, but there was nowhere to get them dry. Lacked plug sockets, none at all by bedside tables. We ate at the hotel on our last night, our meal waa good and wine lovely, but we did have to wait over an hour for food.
Lovely stay just outside the Interlaken area, but easy to get to train, etc. We would defintely stay
Liked: The place was just adaorable, like you would expect in the countryside of Interlaken, yet only a 10 minute bus ride to the train and city. Breakfast was very nice, fresh, presnted well. The staff was very wlecoming and hyelped with all our questions. Loved the decor and room. We had a non-balcony room but the view was very nice. We also shared a rooftop balcony for outdoor enjoyment if we wanted. Had didnner once here later at night and they accommodating in preparing something, which was delicious.
