Liked: Our room had beautiful mountain view without paying anything extra i have attached images.Very pretty room proper swiss vibes. Interlaken ost was very nearby which was our main station for all tours to lauteebrunnen, brienz, grindlewald etc. great experience

Disliked: It was very complicated to retrieve the key for the self check-in and the instructions on how to do it were sent very late in the night. The TV was not able to be used because the location and cable was very short.
If you love your life and money and don’t want a traumatic holiday. Don’t choose this place!!
Liked: Nothing at all! I have no positive things to say about this place. A bed mite infested bed, loud noises from upstairs all night, blocked wash basin- I can go on and on
Disliked: 0 star– A Horrifying Experience, No Proper Support, and a Holiday We Will Never Forget for the Wrong Reasons Our experience at Tell Hotel and Apartments was absolutely appalling. What was supposed to be a beautiful holiday in Switzerland turned into a frightening, stressful and deeply upsetting experience that affected our enjoyment of the entire trip. On the second day of our stay, my husband developed multiple bites affecting his face, back, neck and feet. His reaction became increasingly concerning, with blisters developing and starting to ooze. As you can imagine, seeing your partner’s skin react like this while you are in a foreign country, far away from home, is genuinely frightening. I was terrified about what would happen if his reaction became severe or he developed anaphylaxis while we were abroad. Instead of enjoying our holiday, I found myself worrying about his health and safety. We had travelled with Swiss Airlines, and this was the only accommodation where we had settled in and spent time sitting and sleeping. Although the exact source of the bites was never definitively established, the circumstances understandably raised serious concerns about the bedding and the possibility of a pest problem. What made this experience even worse was the hotel’s response. We felt our concerns were completely dismissed, and the hotel denied that the bites had come from its beds. It was only late at night, after I made it clear that I would go to the tourism office and formally raise the matter, that we were moved to another room. Why did it have to reach that point before action was taken? Guests should not have to threaten escalation just to have a serious concern addressed. We also felt completely let down by Booking.com. When something this distressing happens during a holiday, you naturally expect the booking platform to help you resolve the situation and provide meaningful support. Unfortunately, we did not feel adequately supported by them either.
