Exceptional
Liked: The property was very conveniently located with the train station being a few minutes walk away. Great location! We had a good stay.
Disliked: When we arrived the floors were very dusty. Seemed like it hadn’t been swept for a while. There was no hand soap dispenser in the one bathroom so we had to improvise. The bottles in the shower were both marked “Body” so we weren’t sure if they both shampoo or conditioner or body wash so luckily we brought our own. The dish washing sponge was filthy and old so we bought our own. Overall we had a good stay just some minor details.
An amazing stay in a beautiful region!
Liked: Everything about the apartment was amazing and perfect for our needs! The location was very central and convenient for access to transport. The apartment was well furnished and very clean!
Disliked: We couldn’t fault a thing!
Liked: Location was fantastic and fit our family of five comfortably.
Homely stay
Liked: - The apartment is the same as images shown - Love that the rooms were big and could fit our family of 6pax easily. - love the proximity to the supermarket (just a short 2 mins walk) and station ( literally just next to Interlaken West). - Thankful that the house was available early as we reached way too early for us to check in - Love the homely feel! House came well stocked with condiments for cooking and utensils and toys for small children! There was even a rice cooker! - Instruction manual was really helpful! Including some of the places recommended for meals! - we stayed a total of 5 nights and really enjoyed ourselves.
Disliked: - There is no lift so moving suitcases up the stairs is a bummer. And for people with mobility difficulties it will be tough (We stayed on 3rd floor). - No aircon but rooms are well ventilated and fans provided. All the rooms were quite cooling. Just need to close the shutters to shut out the morning sun - No dryer but not an issue. You can just hang your clothes using the rack or walls and it will be dry in no time. Despite this, will definitely still recommend staying here for the convenience and size of apartment.

Good
Liked: We loved the apartment — it was spacious and very clean. The location was superb, just a short walk from the station. The only issue we had was with one of the bathrooms. It had a bathtub that was quite high, and the floor was slippery. Unfortunately, my friend had a small accident while trying to get out of the tub, as there was no handle or support to hold on to. We suggest installing an anti-slip mat and possibly adding a grab handle for safety.
