Liked: The property was close to Interlaken West train station and there were many supermarkets nearby to buy food from. It is what you would expect from the price, a cheap accomodation acceptable for short-term stays if you are not spending a lot of time in the room.

Disliked: There were no knives or scissors in the apartment so cooking was difficult. The apartment was mouldy and outdated and the wifi did not reach my room so was unable to use. The door is also always open so anyone can come into the apartment block at any point. The sheet on the bed was also very rough and scratchy.

Disliked: The room was quite small and had a shared bathroom. The bathroom was small and cramped and the water in the shower was either very hot or cold making it difficult for bathing

Liked: Host enabled early check-in and were friendly, quick, and helpful. Property was in a fantastic location near to Interlaken West Station, and it was easy to find and nearby to key amenities. Property was well cleaned, and included towels. Bathroom was interesting design but shower worked well.

Disliked: Kitchen was a little bare bones - no chopping board for example, and the furniture was a little uncomfortable but perfectly adequate for a short stay in a fantastic location at a reasonable price. N.B the duvet sets are feathers.

Liked: I tried to contact the property several times, but I received no reply until I arrived for check-in. There was a cleaning lady at the property, and that was the only reason I was able to get in touch with the owner. I never expected this kind of experience from a property listed on Booking.com. The apartment is conveniently located near Westlake Station and is spacious enough for a family. However, the standard of the amenities is below average, and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this property if you are looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.
