  We loved it there and would stay again providing we go to Interlakken again

  Liked: Room location, breakfast was great and comfy, check-in desk was very good when we checked in.

  Disliked: One person was sharp and not very helpful

  Other than the lift, everything is fabulous

  Liked: Staff were so kind and helpful particularly Ynez.

  Disliked: No lift but staff helped us bring our luggage to the 3rd floor.

If you expect to arrive by train, get out at the Interlaken West Train Station, cross the train tracks and the bridge over the river and then take the second street on the right. The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 busses from the train station and get off at the first stop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
