Pleasant
Liked: Very good
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, a short walk from the train station
Liked: We were pleased to check in earlier than the stated check-in time, which was very convenient. There were also clear instructions posted on the door, making it easy for us to know what to do. The accommodation was 10 mins from the train station, which was another advantage.
Disliked: I was glad we had our own private toilet rather than sharing one with other guests. However, the toilet was located outside our room, which I found inconvenient, especially at night. The toilet door also had no built-in lock, so we had to use a key to lock it each time. As someone who frequently uses the toilet at night, I found it a bit uncomfortable to have to leave the room each time. Nevertheless, I appreciated having a toilet for our own use.
Liked: Staff behavior is excellent, location is best
Disliked: Check out hour
Fair with the price
Liked: Located nearby Interlaken West station. The staff is nice, they can keep the luggage for us before and after checkout. They also have parking slots if you drive
Disliked: Old facilities. The kitchen has smell. Even though they keep it tidy, the accommodation is just too old so you will somehow feel it’s not that clean
Liked: good location
Disliked: bathroom was separate in lobby and had to lock all the time
Liked: Staff is very polite and very helpful.
