Very good
A lovely campsite by the river... however
Liked: Campsite is lovely, very close to Interlaken Ost and located by the picturesque river. Shared kitchen could be cleaner but that's to be expected with a shared kitchen. Staff were amicable.
Disliked: We were initially given the wrong room. Our room turned out to be a small bunk room located adjacent to the toilets, rather than a private double bed room we actually booked. Staff have strict hours and leave after 18:00, so we could not contact anyone to remedy this on the night. However, upon speaking to them in the morning, we received a full refund. We thank the staff at the desk for their help! Some rooms close to the toilets are less desirable, as windows and doors are not insulated enough to prevent sound and some smell creeping in.

Liked: Picturesque location.
Disliked: Will not recommend for family as there are only 3 washrooms each for men and women for around as many rooms. Also the path to hotel is total dark at the night, even though Switzerland is safe but with wife and daughter going to hotel in dark was worst nightmare as there are no lights on the entrance and dark on the path to the hotel as well. Rooms are barely spacious to open the bags.

Liked: Lovely location and easy to use facilities. Easy access on check in and check out, close to train stations.
Disliked: Room was a little cramped but was otherwise comfortable.
