Liked: It felt like home and the stay was pleasant.

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable. Good lighting. Right opposite the bus stop so very easy to find and coordinate with transport. Very good location. Especially worth it for a family.
Disliked: No coffee or teabags in an otherwise well equipped kitchenette.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Swiss Chalet! The room was really spacious, the price was affordable, and the location was perfect. The bus stop is right opposite the property, just two stops from Interlaken Ost station, making it very convenient to get around. We stayed here with our 2-year-old son, and the room was big enough for all of us to feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s a lovely option for families looking for a spacious, comfortable place to stay without spending too much. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Swiss Chalet to other families visiting Interlaken. ❤️

Liked: Very good access to bus stop, well stocked common kitchen, clean and cozy 3 bedroom unit.
Disliked: They quoted an obscene 30 CHF for use of washing machine which was listed as 2 CHF at the time of booking

Disliked: The way they communicate, they seems to be surprise when I arrive and say that I have a reservation. Not helping also for the key when the entry is 5 meter from the reception.
fair & decent place in a calm area
Liked: 2 things; 1) Bus stop from interlaken city is right opp & going to city is also next to the property & hardly takes abt 7 minutes from interlaken ost by bus. Please keep checking bus schedules on google map app as from 6am to 9pm, it has half hourly service but after 9pm, its once in an hour. & 2) Room was of decent size. There's a small grocery store & 2-3 restaurants few hundred mtrs away. Also appreciate their courtesy for giving us an early check-in upon request.
Disliked: many things; 1) Its a motel room on ground floor, not a chalet as shown in pictures while making a booking. Chalets are on 1st floor which is deceptive as we booked for chalet not a motel room. 2) its on the breinz & interlaken highway, though windows are quiet sound proof so you dont get much disturbed during the night sleep but yu cant open windows for fresh air as traffic noise will not let yu sleep peacefully. 3) No coffee machine & no microwave. Rest all amenities were there including a fan.
