Liked: The lady at the front desk, who I believe is the owner, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke perfect English and German. The beds were great and the room was small but just what we needed including a refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave!

Liked: Clean & approachable. Very cordial team - Veronica mam was very very courteous/ polite. One of The House Keeper Caren also adjusted to our room tidiness as per our timings. Patrick the owner is a wonderful guy.. relationship oriented & guides you well. Excellent team👍
Disliked: If breakfast can be managed or maybe certain bakery foods kept the stay becomes more homely..( a suggestion)
Liked: I like the atmosphere, it is located near interlaken west station, around 400meter, facilties were as descibed, reception lady was friendly and helpful, Rooms are small but interlaken is costly so it was value for money, i missed while booking that lift was not there, so we have to take our heavy luggage up to 2 nd floor, but it was our mistake. Overall Nice experience.

Liked: very friendly and helpful staff. They had brochures at the front desk, such as the ferry schedule, that helped with planning our details.
Disliked: room was small, which was a problem when opening up several suitcases.
