  A convenient air condition bolt hole from a busy city hosting the film festival

  Liked: A caring and warm welcome from the host. He couldn't have been more welcoming. The snacks and drinks were an unexpected bonus.

  I had an excellent stay in the Blue Room with everything I needed

  Liked: For me, this was much better than staying in most hotel rooms. The room directly in the old town was quite spacious, quiet, very clean, good shower, comfortable beds. I loved the interior deco, furniture and the attention to details added character and homeliness to the place. It always smelled so nice when I entered the room. Self-check went without a problem and communication with the hosts very friendly.

  Disliked: No complaints at all. I will rebook for sure next time I come to the film festival.

  Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, 10 mins from lake, lovely:)

  Liked: Great location for old town, we stayed 1 night whilst travelling round Lake Maggiore. 10 min walk to lake. super comfy bed, spotlessly clean & good communication from host Thank you so much:)

  We felt very well in this room

  Liked: The location was very nice and clean. The entrance with the keebox was comfortable. There is a kettle for tee and coffee with tea and coffeebags. All things where made friendly.

  Disliked: I missed a balcony and a drying rack for the wet bath towels.

  Very sweet and cosy room

  Liked: The room was super clean, really welcoming, but in particular there was such a lovely welcoming scent in the air as soon as we stepped in that made us feel so comfortable. The room decor was simple but very tastefully decorated. The owner was also very very efficient in providing us with lots of indications and help to reach to the property. It was very easy to reach by car. There’s a lay-by just opposite the property where a car can be parked but im not too sure if a parking permit is needed for a longer stay. We also walked to the property from the town center and google maps took us through the narrow hilly streets so so pretty to walk by.

  Disliked: I missed looking out from the window because for privacy reasons there’s a frosted film applied to the window facing the street like ours.
