  Lovely comfortable stay in room overlooking Lake Maggiore

  Liked: Location opposite lake. Complimentary San Pellegrino and bottle of quality orange juice in fridge. Also decent coffee machine which was much appreciated.

  Very comfortable stay in a beautiful location

  Liked: The location by the lake and the facilities were excellent.

  Disliked: The breakfast was good, but had less choice compared to other hotels and if you only speak English this might not be for you.

  Wonderful

  Liked: It was a little piece of paradise on the lake. Comfortable rooms and the restaurant downstairs was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Nothing! I would advise booking a parking space if available as it made our visit even easier

  True Swiss Italian experience

  Liked: We were on the lake and very close to the old part of the town. The restaurant attached to our accommodation had an authentic Italian menu and the pasta, bread and pizzas were superb. Nice range of good coffee as well.

  Disliked: Only a minor thing but I would have liked handwash or soap to be supplied. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and spacious.

  Perfect location 10/10!

  Liked: Fantastic location of this hotel - just two blocks from the train station, and across the street from the promenade along the beautiful Lake Maggiore. Lots of nearby restaurants, close to the funicular railway which takes you up to the Madonna del Sasso sanctuary with its panoramic views. Comfortable bed, cute little balcony, and friendly staff. The included breakfast was just OK. Would definitely stay here again - you just can't beat this location and proximity to what Locarno has to offer!

  Disliked: More breakfast options would have been nice. Other than that, we liked everything about this hotel.

  Lovely boutique hotel with a view

  Liked: Fabulous location overlooking the lake. Elevator and only a few stairs to navigate with suitcases. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant and it was very nice

  Disliked: Our international power point adaptors didn’t fit in the power points. But at least they had usb ports so we could charge our phones
