  Beautiful location on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Would recommend

  Liked: Great location, lovely pool & gardens. Comfy beds & good breakfast. Refurbished Aparthotel room with good size balcony over looking the lake & tennis club. We liked it very much.

  Disliked: Our air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly & it was a hot week. Sadly this didn’t get fixed for 2 of our 3 nights as it was over a weekend so we didn’t sleep well. The maintenance guy was in on Monday & got us a mobile aircon unit for the third night but not ideal. I’ve give the hotel a 10/10 if it wasn’t for this. Shame.

  Very nice and friendly hotel, great location, nice pool (although not enough sunbeds!)

  Liked: We really loved the hotel. very nice, spacious room, great location, nice swimming pool. happy to stay there again if we're back in Locarno.

  Disliked: There should be more sunbeds by the pool. first time ever I was in a hotel and didn't get a sunbed as they were all ocuppied.. but there was space for more. Also, the bed wasn't super comfy to be honest. I wish there were fresh eggs (e.g. scrambled) for breakfast.
