  Nice apartment but handled impersonally

Liked: Apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable and very clean. Location is perfect.

Disliked: I really do not appreciate this “do it all yourself” business plan! Never met the host, everything is done impersonally- 7 pages of instructions sent via email. I do not approve this as it’s not in spirit of hospitality. I’m aware this is “new normal” but even the best possible accommodation won’t ever get max score from me if handled like this.

  Exceptional

Liked: Flawlessly clean, greatly located, spacious, neutrally tasteful interior

Disliked: An iron and an ironing board would be extremely useful!
