  I was satisfied and will come again,and i recommend this hotel

  Liked: We had a celebration they made the room so beautiful for us. The view also was perfect

  Disliked: The beds were not comfortable.i asked for a king bed but it was to separate bed that they put them together. 2.the staff for the check in night didn’t explained everything and we needed to ask all one by one they she said for example about the swimming pool and others

  This could have been so much better

  Liked: There is a lovely view and a nice pool.

  Disliked: For the price and class of hotel I really expected a much higher level of service. The air con didn’t work and I had to argue to get a fan. Given the distance from the centre of town it would have been nice to have a minibus service throughout the day. It stopped mid pm and you have to request it.

  Liked: The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is very good. The location is great, with a balcony overlooking the lake. They have a pool with a lake view.

  Disliked: We ordered 2 rooms, but only one had wifi reception. The hotel staff told us that they are fully booked, and suggested we choose who needs wifi the most.. The spa is very small and not much fun

  My home in Ascona

  Liked: This is my go to place in Ascona. I’ve stayed here 5-6 times already this year. Most likely back this weekend again. The staff the location the pool.the breakfast, its all that good. Excellent value for the money too. Highly recommended. See you all soon & thanks you all for the last three years & many visits.

At our hotel, four-legged friends are very welcome! To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that dogs do not enter the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, nor the terrace or the pool area. However, they are most welcome in our garden, where they can enjoy relaxing moments by your side.

Please note that our restaurants are closed during the months of January and February.
