  Nice hotel, friendly staff and in a great location

  Liked: Great location and friendly staff.

  Disliked: pillows were very hard and the room was small, though did the job for our one night.

  Liked: Great location, i had a room with 2 balconies, one with the view of Piazza Grande. Helpful staff. Pretty decent restaurant downstairs. Good internet, however ask at the reception for details as the info available in the room is outdated.

  Disliked: Basic breakfast, typical Italian style so since it’s Italian part of Switzerland i shouldn’t complain. But some veggies would be nice.

  Great spot to enjoy Locarno

  Liked: Great location at the "far" end of the Piazza - perfect for the Film Festival. Efficient staff - management since 90s! Good restaurant in-house - tables always available. Breakfast from 7am highly appreciated. Comfortable room with daily service. Excellent value for money.

  Disliked: Can be noisy at the weekends...

  For a short stay it was just fine, for a longer stay the bed would be a pain, if not torture

  Perfect, i would come back again!

  Liked: Perfect location, and the staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean and had everything necessary.

  Disliked: Some noises were coming from the street underneath as the window was facing the outside of the hotel. After midnight it was quiet, so not a huge problem
