  Sunny weekend by the lake

Liked: The hotel is well positioned by the lake which makes the feel exceptional. Cafes and restaurants are just on the same promenade. Comfortable and clean room with a small balcony and gorgeous views of the lake. Delicious breakfast.

Very comfortable, clean and well-located with friendly, helpful staff

Liked: The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The receptionist explained that I could get a reduced price for parking at a very nearby and convenient car park with a print-off from the hotel. She also gave me a Ticino pass which gets you free bus travel and reductions in prices for some tourist attractions. I had a corner room with a balcony which was comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The first thing that I noticed when I entered the room was how clean and fresh that it smelled! The location is very central for train station, car parks, tourist attractions and restaurants. I also got price reductions for some local restaurants. The hotel common areas were nice and there was a play area with a fussball table. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

  Disliked: Not much, if anything.
