  Good location but otherwise poor

  Disliked: Air conditioning did not function correctly, safe did not work and it took 24 hours before anyone looked at it and didn't fix it. Queuing for the coffee machine at breakfast

  A relaxing stay in Ascona

  Liked: Wonderful location in the quieter section of Ascona’s Main Street. A gorgeous terrace to relax on. Air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds yielded a restful night of sleep. The pool downstairs is small but very pleasant.

  Disliked: Nothing. A fantastic stay.

  Great service, location but need good legs to access entrance

  Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, close to eateries and bt the lake. No traffic as it is a promenade by the lake. Our room had access to terrace with table and chairs, including sun lounge chairs. Very comfortable large room and bed.

  Disliked: Steep stairs to get to the hotel entrance. Not good if one has walking or leg problems. Although there is a side street entrance, this is also quite steep and cable stones. So could get slippery.

  Disliked: I didn’t like that they made us choose when to have breakfast the evening before- it wasn’t busy and there was no need to do that.
