  Wonderful

Liked: The hotel is comfortable, and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Jimmi for his outstanding service. He helped me with my lost luggage. He is attentive, proactive, and always willing to help. He seems to know exactly what needs to be done in every situation and made my stay much easier and less stressful. The hotel is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back in the future.

Good for exploring the area. Staff in hotel reception very friendly!

Liked: Near the old town and lake with taxi boat piers nearby. Locarno is a lovely, well-kept town.
