  Worth money, good to stay there as a base to travel around the region

  Liked: Good breakfast, love the Ticino ticket that issued by the hostel and can travel the whole region for free!

  Disliked: The staffs there are a little bit too cold compared to other hostels/hotels in Switzerland

  Liked: Reasonable price for the Italian Lakes area. Very good bicycle secure storage room with bike hooks and a track pump for tyres. Good location, within walking distance to Locarno centre.

  Disliked: Check-in seemed a bit slow. Perhaps it's inevitable with a youth hostel, but there were some younger guests, messing around, making a lot of noise, acting like idiots who need to grow up. Also, grave misunderstanding on my part, but I thought I booked a room for sole occupancy...when I arrived, I unloaded my gear, leaving money and passport on the table and went out to explore the town. Then came back to find I had a random room mate! I guess it is a hostel after all.
