  Highly recommend!

  Liked: Pefrect stay and pleasant welcome by arrival! Highly recommend for trips to Locarno, Ascona, Orselina and suburbs. Great view from appartment, garage place for car. As for trip by cars - super option. Appartment itself has everything and more. Just pay attention that towels and sheets are for extra payment or you could take yours. Relaxed and calm place. To the lake as both to Muralto or Locarno is just 15 min walk down. There are some Restaurants and Osteria nearby. Thank you very much to the host for great stay!

  Disliked: Sofa in the bedroom seems like asking for cleaning:)

  Great view of the lake!

  Liked: The apartment has an amazing view of Lago Maggiore. It is big an clean, and the indoor pool is a nice treat after a day of exploring the area. The hosts are really nice. We had a great and relaxing stay at "Relax sul Lago Maggiore'.

  We visited so we could experience the last day of the Locarno Film Festival. Loved it!

  Liked: Breakfast was not included, but we had a coffee machine with capsules (latter supplied) and there is a small store close by for the morning pastries. Great location with lovely view over the lake. We had an easy walk to the water and the centre of town; also, the bus 4 stops just outside if needed. The host kindly left us a large bottle of San Pellegrino water (much appreciated as it was quite hot) and a cold bottle of Prosecco. We felt very welcome:)

Good to know

To access the building, where the apartment is located, you have to walk up or drive a small uphill road (about 492 ft). Therefore it is not recommended for those who have movement problems and do not have a car, because this street is a bit steep. Once you arrive at the car park, the spaces are very large and you can move around without any issues even with a wheelchair.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the cost of your stay. The cost is CHF 20 per person per stay, payable locally. You may bring your own sheets and towels to avoid the above charges.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
