It might have been a better experience if it was not a hot summer

Liked: Centrally located on a pedestrian street.

Disliked: Room doesn’t really look like the picture, facilities are quite outdated. On a hot summer night, it was hard to fall asleep with only one tiny fan in the room. We had to leave all the windows open at night and then constantly woken up by people passing by in the street.

Liked: Absolute nothing - have never experienced a bigger mismatch between value and quality.

Disliked: If I had book a one star hotel and paid nothing - my expectations might have been met - but that wasn’t the case. We slept one bight out of two - ran away and booked a beautiful room for the same cost - but with 4 star value. Dynamic pricing due to Moon and Stars - made it possible for dell’Angelo to ask an outrageous price for a lousy lousy room.

  Liked: Reception staff was friendly.

Disliked: The room was incredibly hot. It was like a sauna. It was very basic accommodation. Bed in a room basically, nothing else.

Disliked: Our stay was organized in the Hotel dell' Angelo and not in Residenze dell'Angelo (which would be a single apartment). Hotel room was totally fine, but would have appreciated to be informed about this change before hand
